U2: Writing thank-you note

Dear cousin Yoli,

Thank you very much for giving me a doll that can be combed for Christmas.
It's perfect to learn to make those hairstyles like the ones you do.


I had a fantastic day. There was my family. My parents gave me a present, my favourite ipods. When I arrived home, I used the doll I was listening to music.


I'm looking for ward to seeing you another day.

U1: Writing about an event

ESTOPA CONCERT

One Friday night last month, my mom, my brother and me went to a Estopa concert in Saragossa. She saw that Estopa gave the concert. i knew Estopa.


I went to concert Estopa I got in the frent row and started singing like a madman I really liked how much they went down to where the people were.


The concert ended at 12:00 p.m. I had a lot of fun especially when they sang the song Fuego, the only one that botheret me was the people.

      I was born on the 1-8-1949, to Trevelez.

      My nickname was Andorran.

• What kinds of things did your family do together when you were young? 

      We liked traveling and woking.

• Who were some of your friends when you were a child? 

      My friends were Ramoneta, Pepito, Julia, Ramon and Maria.

• What school did you attend?

      I went to Escola Iraturas Del Segre.

• What were your favorite subjects in school?

      I liked mathematics and history.

• How did you meet grandma/grandpa/couple?

      I met my couple in the party.

• What was your first car?

      My first car was a Renault Caravelle.

• Where did you travel when you were young?

      I traveled to Morocco.

• Name three things that didn't exist when you were a child.

    When i was a child there were no phons, internet and video games.

KINDERGARTEN

I started kindergarten when I was one years old. I remember the first morning, there were many children in the classroom. It was scary because I did not know anyone.

My teacher's name was Mrs Rosa. My teacher was tall, thin and whit short, blound hair.

In the classroom we made a book with all of our photos and I remember that in all the photos I was with my friend Jana and we're still friends!!

BISCUIT

 This dessert is one of my favourites.

   INGREDIENTS:

• 200g sugar
• 250g flour
• 1 yogurt
• Salt
• 140g oil
• 4 eggs
• Yeast
• Lemon

 First, put the oil in a mold. Next, put 4 eggs, mix them, and add sugar. Then,   chop the skin of the lemon. Add the flour. Mix the yeast, and the salt.   Finally, put everything in the mold and leave it 20 minutes into the oven.

JOURNEY TO THE CENTRE OF THE EARTH

CHAPTER 1

Professor Lidenbrok and his nephew Axel find a book. In the book there is a not from an explorer. The not says how the travel to the centre of the Earth. The Porfessor and Axel decide to go to Iceland.

CHAPTER 2

The Professor, Axel and Hans decide to start their journey to the Centre of the Earth. After a week, they arive to the Snaefel Volcano they climb up to the top of the volcano and them, they climb down.

CHAPTER 3

The Professor, Axel and Hans climb down into the crater of the volcano. The climb down is long and difficult. At the bottom of the crater, the mend find three large shafts. Luckily, the t

next dau the sun comes out and shines down on one of the shafts.

CHAPTER 4

The men climb down the long shafts. They enter a long tunel. They follow the tunel for two weeks Axel hears something. Hans uses a pickache to make a hole in the rock. They continue along the tunel. Axel decides to explore ahead. Axel turns to show the Professor and Hans. Suddenly, Axel takes a step and trips.

CHAPTER 5

The Professor and Hans finally find Axel. The Professor and Hans show Axel their discobery. Two day later, the raft is ready and they set sail. They sail for many days. Late one afternoon. Suddely, another monster appears. The monsters fight.

CHAPTER 6

The monsters' fight is over and one is dead. In the morning, there in a very violent storm and the raft begins to tip over.

CHAPTER 7

The Professor, Axel and Hans are caught in a terrible storm. The raft hits some rocks under the water and the men are thrown into the sea. Hans rescue the Professor and Axel. Hans goes back into the water. The men rest and Axel and the Professor talk about where they are. The Professor finds is compass. Axel doesn't agree with his uncle.

CHAPTER 8

The Professor is determined to find the Centre of the Earth. While Hans repairs the raft, Axel and the Professor look around. The men hide behind some bushes. The Professor finds initials on a cave wall.

CHAPTER 9

The Professor thinks hi has foun the way to the Centre of the Earth. The Professor and Axel get Hans and return to the cave.Hans prepares the gunpowder. A few minuts later, gunpowder explodes. But something has gone wrong. A huge wave carries them inside the cave.

CHAPTER 10

The Professor, Axel and Hans are trapped inside an exploding volcano! Suddenly, the raft flies out of the volcano. The raft crasheson the side of the mountain. The men run for their lives from the erupting volcano. At the bottom of the volcano, they find a vineyeard. they walk until they find a small seaside town. Several  weeks later in Hamburg. The town has a party for the men.
