LETTER OF ADVICE

Dear Rocío,

I was sorry to hear about you heath problems: frequent headaches and dizziness. You are very busy with school, work and afternoon activities.

I agree that you have to do the work that you are told. But I recommended you to take a break, that improves you mental health. Moreover if you spend more time outdoors, you would feel better.

So here's the plan. Eat some fruit in the morning and afternoon. For example, banana or an apple. Hopefully, this time next week, you will be feeling like a different person!
